Overview
Orvanna builds AI agents that a business subscribes to the way it would hire staff. Each agent owns one job, a domain such as payments or a support role such as bookkeeping, and works it continuously. Our members bring those agents to the businesses around them, and everything the company records, from subscriptions to monthly statements, is computed, locked, and auditable.

A domain agent owns one function: payments, shipping, pricing, inventory, marketing, or tax preparation. It works the queue all day, clears the routine cases itself, and brings you the exceptions with the history already gathered.
The staff roles every operation needs, on demand.
Support agents cover the desk work that quietly eats a week: code fixes, quality checks, calendars, books, and customer replies. Add one for a single role, or several to staff a small office.

Agents do not sell themselves. Our members know the shops, practices, and firms in their own communities, match them with the right agents, and stay on as the human point of contact.
Our story
Orvanna began as a four-person team running its own small operations firm, and drowning in the back office of it. The first agent was built for ourselves, to reconcile our own payments. The second kept our books. The third answered our inbox. Within a year the agents were doing the routine work and the people were doing the judgment calls. Auren Vale, who led that first team, still opens every company meeting the same way:
A network is not made of machines. It is made of people who direct them.
Other owners asked for the same help, and the friends who introduced them became the first members of the network. That is still the whole model: one person connecting one business to the agents it needs, and staying on as the human in the loop. The agents have multiplied; the idea has not changed.
Technology
The platform vision behind every agent we ship.
One layer assigns the work, sequences every handoff between agents, and records each step. We are building toward routing payments across processors the same way: one brain, many rails.
Customer records and payment credentials belong in one guarded place that answers to you. We are building a neutral vault, so your data stays yours and moves with you, never locked to a processor.
Checkout, authentication, and settlement will run through the same platform the agents run on. That is the direction we are building in: every dollar handled with the same discipline as every task.

Auren spent fifteen years running operations for small firms before building the first Orvanna agent to do his own reconciliations. He still reads the monthly statements line by line.
Head of Agents
Liora leads the team that designs, trains, and retires every agent in the catalog. Her shipping rule is simple: an agent must survive a week of her own inbox first.
Head of Network
Dorian built regional field teams for two decades before joining Orvanna, and now looks after the members who carry the agents to market. He answers member mail himself, usually the same day.
Head of Trust
Maren owns security, compliance, and the audit trail behind every commission run. Before Orvanna she spent a decade keeping books clean for companies that could not afford surprises.
